Crucial Conversations for Accountability

Course Description

  • Are you reluctant to address poor performance or bad behavior because doing so might seem critical and could affect your reputation?
  • Have you ever had a colleague fail to deliver on a promise? Do they often say they鈥檒l deliver by a certain date and then don鈥檛?
  • Have you ever seen your team reach agreement during a meeting, and then later see team members express concern and frustration with the meeting鈥檚 outcome?
